Key measures included promoting a digital economy via BHIM app and Aadhaar Pay, significant rural development through PMGSY and housing targets, and skill enhancement via SANKALP and STRIVE. Electoral bonds were introduced for transparency, alongside tax administration reforms for ease of doing business.

To stimulate economic growth, the budget expanded Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana for youth empowerment and job creation. Financial sector reforms involved FDI liberalization and bank recapitalization. Substantial infrastructure investment in railways and national highways was proposed, fostering entrepreneurship and poverty alleviation.

This objective addressed sanitation, environment, and transparency. Increased allocation for Swachh Bharat Abhiyan targeted Open Defecation Free villages. Enhanced funding for Namami Gange, promotion of clean energy, and continued efforts to curb black money underscored the commitment to a cleaner and more transparent nation.
