The Department of Science and Technology (DST) under the Ministry of Science and Technology implements various Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) based schemes and programs across India to promote socio-economic development and improve the quality of life and livelihoods of disadvantaged sections, including Scheduled Tribes.
